x3 Hehe.. -ish shot for being assumed to be a japanophile-
Actually, my sister was the one who bought the game. o.o; I kind of stayed at home and watched stupid anime and amv's, because I'm just lifeless like that.
For those of you who don't know, it's a game that recently came out (according to my sister, it's been about 4 months) for PS2. The main character is a white-furred wolf goddess named Ameratsu, and you start out with a flaming reflector as a weapon. You start out in Kamaki Village, this really weird place where the villagers are really... REALLY obsessed with oranges for some reason. There's also this guy named Susano, who claims to be the descendent of the legendary Nagi; that saved the village from the Orochi... >.>; (I kinda doubt he did, though. Heh. You're going to have to go back 100 years in time and kill him later in the game.)
Erm... also, you use this celestial brush to paint things everywhere. It's pretty cool, and there should be another version on the DS someday... :B

4laugh I love that game!!! Yes you do use a paintbrush as a weapon it is really cool! And Susano did not save the village his ancestor did but not him. He claims to be the hero throughout the game.
The graphics are astouding! And the music is also great to. The story line is really well thought out. You can also night into day and the reverse. YOu can make it rain, the wind blow and make trees come back to life with the celestrial brush.
It is a good game, it is recommended. The enemy is a huge dragon.
