Heres a little info I got and its all fact!!!!!!

and you should actually eat 6 times a day!!!!!
you have a brecky like 1 cup of cereal with 225ml of milk with 1 piece of whole wheat milk
then have a snack like an orange
then lunch a salad and yogurt
then another snack of something like a few crackers
then Dinner you could have fish, rice, and a salad
then another snack like a small bowl of ice cream
now you need to remember that all servings are done in small porshions and dont eat at least 2 hours before you sleep
Now Just remember you should always check with a docter before you comit to a diet.
