Depends on how you like to do your storytelling. Do you like shows with a regular (bland) character stuck in crazy situations (Comic Party, etc.) or a humorous character thrust into serious circumstances (Naruto, etc.)
Also, your overall look right now needs some defining to achieve what you're going for. Work on long story arcs with focus on character interaction with close ups while working on perspective and (gag) anatomy. The best thing you could do is master dynamic linework, which takes a lot of time (or more important, a lot of comics.)
Pick yourself up some inking supplies. Hassling with a computer without some pre-scan work will kill more time than you have to make your stuff as good as it can get.

I don't mean to be harsh, but your characters are all very bland and two-dimensional.

Dart 2006 Mean it or not don't cridisise them If you can't take criticism you're not ready to have a webcomic.

Criticism goes hand in hand with art, sweety. It's a hard truth some people have a difficult time accepting.
The decriptions of the characters aren't much to work with...And what's your comic about? What are you planning? PLUS, should this thread be in the subforum instead of the main forum? Just curious...

-Just a warning to everyone in this thread-
I'm going to move this thread to the "Webcomic Creators" forum tomorrow because it would be more on-topic there. 3nodding I'm warning you all a day ahead, because it seems like people don't check that forum often. sweatdrop

Critism is a handy thing, but saying a character sheet is bland is like getting pissed off that the sky is still blue.
It's a character sheet- a tool, a draft, a storytelling guide block. Granted, they probably never should see the light of day outside of the creator's personal notes - but all characters have no dynamic interaction until put into situations, complications, or relationships with others.
An ego can not exist without relation to other people.

That's fair-- I can give better judgment another time, then!
You should try drawing a few quick 3-4 panel comics just to give us a better idea of who the characters are and what your writing style is like. (:
