And it's 'they're'.
'There' is for something like; "I went there to get..."
"Their" is for something like; "That's their car."
"They're" is short for "They are" which if for something like this.
So, it would be; "They're the Florida team." Or "They are the Florida team."

I'm a Twins fan, myself, but I'm sure if I lived in Florida I'd cheer for the Marlins. Baseball's fun to watch. Um... Marlins are the baseball team, right? I'm not suddenly going crazy and thinking of something else?
