Eh, I give up - we have way too many banners and not enough space on the RRCN Thread. So, the Banners now have their own thread! Whoop-ee! For foreign-language banners, I only accept those in French and romanji Japanese.

NO OWN IMAGES IS ME. NOW HAPPY ARE, YES?

Don't worry about bandwidth - I've created a separate account on Imageshack that is specifically for banners. So, please submit your banners to this account so as not to take up bandwidth on your own. PLEASE PM ME ALL PICTURES SO I CAN STICK THEM UP ON HERE. DO NOT POST THEM ON YOUR OWN!
