From what you've heard, which Who had the better solo career?
For whatever reason, I've never liked Pete's. Don't know why it just doesn't appeal to me. I used to have a few of his albums.
John's is really good, not outstanding but a good listen. Whistle Rhymes is a damn good album. My favorite songs of his are: The Window Shopper, My Size, Roller Skate Kate, Do The Dangle (mad love for that song <3), Mr Bassman (fun song), and Peg Leg Peggy, off the top of my head.
Keith's Two Sides Of The Moon is pretty hilarious to say the least. It's fun to listen to but on a musical scale it's probably really bad. If you can get over that and just listen to it for fun it's enjoyable, it brings the lulz. Strangely enough, some of the extra tracks on the re-released version that never made it on the original are a hell of a lot better.. Like, Naked Man, Do Me Good, and Real Emotion. Those songs are actually pretty good musically. I had to buy this album on Ebay, it's pretty hard to find, at least here anyways.
Roger's is mixed I suppose. Some is really really cheesy, and some is pretty damn good. I haven't spoken to many people that can really enjoy his solo music, though. Maybe its an acquired taste.. or something. razz
He's got some great songs, some that I listen to on a regular basis, like: World Over (<3), Avenging Annie, Say It Ain't So Joe, Parting Would Be Painless, etc.
I can't decide between John or Rog, I think they are tied.
