[Numeral Preference] Anything. Let's call her MI for now.
[Gender] Female.
[Age] Adolescent.
[Base color] Pale grey-purple.
[Markings] Dark brown lines that don't follow a specific pattern, may be following nerves or blood circulation.
[Mane] Short. Dark yellow.
[General Build] A bit muscular and fat.
[Mutations] Patches of soft or hard scales or naked skin similar to those of amphibians on certain parts of body I let you free of choosing. Big teeth. Small bony protuberances near the nose and around ears, maybe? I let you free of interpretating them all but the big teeth, I want 'em, rawr. I'll add a reference pic later.
[Personality] Gluttonous. If you need more information, it's in the background. I guess.
[Background/History] MI, to make long story short, was made with the help of cells from a dead Layhr (the way it died doesn't really matter here, but if you want, I can tell you this other story.), and only basic genetic manipulation was needed to make another unique Layhr from it.
It turned out, however, that while the creature was generally obedient and very silent, she tends to eat about anything in sight when hungry or given food. After investigation, MI seems, to put it politely, to be more simple-minded than an average Layhr. It, at least, proved that the genes that weren't modified didn't pass the IQ on, disappointingly enough.
Being a bit dumb but no too agressive, the lab considered her, still, to be given to an handler for social and feeding experiment.
[Additional Info] -I plan to use a different character for MI than the one I use currently.
-MI is fascinated by tail-flames and tends to believe she can breathe flames.
... hey, a fire-breathing Layhr would be awesome. Okay, I shut up now.

Attitude
Most at ease when: During dinner. There isn't any other time particularly where she would feel especially happy.
Ill at ease when: When others react, often with little sympathy, to her getting inquisitive and agressive when hungry, or even trying to eat something she shouldn't.
Priorities: Eating. There's nothing else important to her.
Philosophies:
Eating when necessary, staying calm the rest of the time to get food.
How she feels about herself: Very little. When it comes to this, she thinks very much like basic animals, with little consciousness of herself and a big concern for her need. She's, anyway, as far as it goes, happy with herself.
If granted one wish, what would it be?: Breathing fire.
Personality
Greatest strength in personality: Stubborn. There's very little that can change her mind. What she has in mind, of course, is another problem.
Greatest weakness in personality: A very obvious lack in IQ that sometimes make others believe she's mute, before they realize she is dumb.
Character’s soft spot: Food.
Biggest vulnerability: Hunger doesn't act as a good wepaon against her: she is very agressive in this case. Her real weakness, instead, is that she's obedient when she's nor full nor too hungry, she could obey about anything without thinking about it.
Traits
Optimist or Pessimist: Optimist. There will always be food.
Introvert or Extrovert: Introvert. The few things she thinks about, she keeps them for herself and communicate little outside of growling and snarling.
Drives and Motivations: Being sure she will get food every day.
Talents:
Extremely skilled at: Rampaging, eating fast, and hunting small animals.
Extremely unskilled at: Communicating anything else than her emotions, and solving puzzles when there is no food behind it.
Good characteristics: Her muscles and the intelligence (that only shows in case of crisis but that is actually accurate).
Character flaws: Idiocy, lack of motivation besides food.
Mannerisms:
Generally calm. Mostly silent. Communicates a lot with growls, snarls, and such.
Peculiarities:
Naive fascination with Layhr possessing interesting mutations, especially flames.
Biggest regret: None for now.
Character’s darkest secret: There is the fact she's been born from a Layhr who was already dead at the time in dark circumstances, but her own life doesn't include dark secrets.
Self-Perception:
One word your character would use to describe themselves: Rowr.

Paragraph your Character would use to describe themselves: Big. Teethy, that's most important. Stomach feels good, well.
What does he consider to be his best physical characteristic?: Her teeth. --His Worst?: Her uneven skin/fur.

2) Having all fur OR skin/scales on her body, not both in weird proportions.

Interrelation with Others:
How does this character relate with others: Neutral. Really. Humans are those who give orders, even though she would obey a Layhr too. It's just that, well, Layhr don't usually give orders to their own kind.
How is he perceived by…?
Strangers?: Gluttonous freak, probably mute, if not, dumb.
Friends?: Very okay when the subject they're messing with is not food.
Mate?: .. err. Should care about more than food?...
What do family and friends like most about him?: Her silence and tranquility, as well as her being able to defend them.
What do family and friends like least about him?: She's, well, dumb.
Goals:
Immediate goals: Food when hungry. Basic orders she would be given.
Long-term goals: Being sure she will get food everyday. Scaring ennemies enough to be left alone.
How will he achieve these goals?: By.. RAMPAGE.
Problems/Crisis
How he reacts in a crisis: Confusion.
How he faces problems: DESTRUCTION. If the crisis is made of basic puzzle and threatens her life if not properly solved, then a simulation of intelligence.
How he reacts to change: Neutral observation and investigation and acceptance of changes when, as said before, it doesn't threaten her stomach or her life.

Here's the background of the Layhr MI(?) is originated from. Let's call her CL.
CL had short, dark blondish fur as a mane. Her fur was a sweet mix between light green and grey. Her mutations weren't out of the ordinary, and could almost have been put in the mutation-less therefore succesful Layhr category: nude scale-like skin on parts of tail, muzzle and legs, and small bony protuberances along the spine. A docile creature that was sometimes petted after experimentation and combed due to her fine fur. But she was not overly nice either and was suspicious enough.
At the time, tests were made on her to prove the origin of the protubering bone. On an almost unrelated note, II decided to go berserk in the labs.
Hearing the alerts, the scientist that was making tests on CL released her, panicked, from her restraints, and ran to lock himself. CL found her advantage in the situation, and fled. A few minutes after, the rampage noise was getting away. The scientist then unlocked himself and looked for his Layhr. There was terror, confusion and panic everywhere, and all he found was a very badly injured CL, breathing heavily in a corner, ignored by the panicked staff. She was bleeding in various places, especially from the top of her head, and the best indication of the gravity of the injuries was the dark red filling her right eye. Not having any better idea, he decided to take her away, hide her during this panic, and get her back afterwards, where he could calmly and secretly heal her.
That's why he hid her in a part of the basement. The problem is that after everyone had calmed down, CL was already dead. Horrified, the scientist just came out like nothing happened, and only days later, the rotting corpse of CL was found. Quickly was figured out the responsible of the horrible death of a perfectly healthy Layhr and a punition for him. We still don't know what happened to the guy.
"Douglas, what the ******** did you think you were doing when you stuffed that dead thing in the janitor's room?" "It wasn't dead. Yet. And I forgot it was the janitor's. That happens." "Yeah, well, s**t happens, now you will replace the traumatized janitor. You'll begin by washing the toilets with a toothbrush." "Aww, I don't care, I had to do it in the army." "You don't get it, you'll clean 'em with YOUR toothbrush. AH."
However, a few viable cells were found in the spine during the autopsy. They were used to make a new Layhr, but as if they were fearing the memories and a feeling of revenge were written in the DNA, they changed it enough to hope getting a "better" individual. Anyone who was hired after this would be told the new MI was the original Layhr, not CL, mainly to avoid explaining the embarassing story of the accident.
After many attempts, they succeeded in making MI.
The problem is, while MI was similar in appearance, she quickly revealed that her lack of collaboration wasn't a result of a rebellious personality, but the product of a low IQ. She was taught the basics of human language, trained so the weight lacking in the brain could be compensated by some muscles, and... forgotten. Some went as far as saying it was a post-mortem curse, but they were the same that pretended the existence of UFO, and thought that Pi had a superior intelligence.
Anyway, the only thing that the event proved was...
... that next time a Layhr dies too early, plain cloning is way preferred to randomly changing genes here and there.
