Henge no Jutsu
Henge no Jutsu is the basic skill a ninja must know to become a Genin. It is a very useful and widely used skill in the series, as it has many uses. It's mostly used as a decoy, to confuse the opponent by transforming into somebody that's an ally with the enemy, and then attack from the back when he's not expecting it. This technique can easily be combined with other Ninjutsus for a more powerful effect, such as with Kage Bunshin no Jutsu.
Bunshin No Jutsu
A Ninjutsu technique similar to the Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique), as these clones cannot attack. Whether or not they are made out of mist is hard to tell, but they are immaterial and will disperse when attacked.
Kawarimi no Jutsu
The Body Substitute skill is a widely used and very famous skill among shinobis. Put simply, the user uses speed to his/her advantage, and grabs an item from the environment and places it on his/her current position while moving out of the way. This is clearly an evasion technique used to dodge attacks; however it can be linked with other attacks to create massive damage. For example, a simple combination here: The attacked ninja can use Kawarimi no Jutsu to evade, say, an incoming shuriken, and without waiting quickly move behind the opponent and attack with a kunai.
Advanced Bloodline shinobi's also gain further advantage with this Jutsu, because they simply don't have to use Chakra to perform it. Sharingan users also have an advantage by reading the opponents move easier. This evasion skill can be used with so many other attacks, it's combinations are limitless. Also note that this is a Ninjutsu, since the user uses Chakra to move at a faster rate.
Water Dragon Eruption Jutsu
this justu is one of the strongest Jutsu's she was ever taught. This Jutsu uses alot of chakra but is defitnetly worth it. This Jutsu can summon up three water dragons to do your biding for a short time. Whatever your target is it will continue looking for it until it nails its target. This Jutsu uses up so much Chakra because when you use this and it nails your target it Obliderates the target molecule by molecule so she only uses this jutsu just in case of an emergency
Suirō no Jutsu(Water Prison Technique)
This jutsu is used to trap the victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This jutsu cannot be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it. Kisame has been seen using a water clone's arm instead of his own arm for this technique; this raises the issue of what exactly must be held inside the bubble to maintain it. Neji Hyuga has been able to use his ability to release chakra from all of his pressure points to disrupt the flow of chakra inside the prison and break free. Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, and the target is unable to move while within it, the target still seems to be able to breathe, as Kakashi was seen talking while imprisoned in this jutsu. The ability to breathe may depend on the amount of water embedded inside of the sphere.

One can literally create water out of nothing. Kisame was able to cover a significant portion of desert while engaging Guy and his subordinates
Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique)
This jutsu creates one or more identical copies of the user out of water. Like the Shadow Clone Technique, these clones are capable of attacking and using jutsu, but they are easier to defeat because they are only one-tenth of the user's power. Additionally, they can only be controlled within a certain distance of the user.
Makyō Hyō Shō (Demon Crystal Ice Mirrors)
Whinry can encircle her opponent with over a dozen mirrors made out of ice. Whinry can then enter one of the mirrors and travel between them at an incredible speed; in fact, the time in transit is almost instantaneous. During transit, Whinry can throw needles while remaining virtually unassailable. If the mirror Whinry is currently in is shattered, she can leap out of one of the fragments and continue her attack. Though they are made from ice, they are pressured with enough chakra to resist fire almost completely (one of Sasuke's fire jutsu was barely able to make the ice melt). While inside the mirrors, whinry is moving so fast that the outside world appears to move in slow motion. The technique requires a large amount of chakra to maintain, so Whinry's movement becomes progressively slower the longer she maintains the mirrors.
Kai - Release
Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.
Makyō Hyō Satsu
After the victim is trapped in Whinry's Demonic Ice Mirrors, Whinry will then begin dashing from one mirror to another attacking with blinding speed until the mirrors explode, damaging all inside while Whinry, using her speed to get away at the last instant, remains safely outside of the blast.
Makyō Hakuhyō
Whinry vanishes and reappears in any location desired (usually behind the enemy), then creates a single ice mirror. Whinry will then leap into the mirror from the rear and come out from the front, slashing the enemy with a senbon.
Secret Justu: Crystal Ice Blizzard
this Justu she created herself by using her kekkei Genkai she used her Wind and Water Elements as an Advantage......first she needs her to family fans and put her just hand signs into the fans....then she firecly put them at her side creating two gusts of wind that head to the oppenet...then the two gusts cave into the opponent and putting them in the funnel and then little ice needles will begin to slash them in a blink of an eye.....and plus noone can just escape it....your basically paralyzed in it......her Chakra controls that Jutsu until the person is to worn out to fight...this is one of her most prized jutsu's
Secret Jutsu: Shattered Ice Mirror Technique
this Jutsu is an Emergency jutsu. If the Crystal Ice mirrors were shattered by the oppenet the shard pieces will fall into the ground and when she does the specific hand signs large razor sharp ice spikes will come out of the ground and go after the opponent
Water Style: Water Death Vine Grip Jutsu
Whinry dies two hand signs and she sticks her hand into the ground. Then under the ground the vines are already formed and when one person steps closer to her the vines will wrap around the person and take them 50 feet up in the air and then the vines will wrap around the neck and choke them to death. If it was a clone it doesn't matter it will still kill anything that come near the person who created this jutsu. then the vines will make a place for saftey for the person who created this justu.
Kuchiyose no Jutsu - Spiritualism Technique
A powerful jutsu, Ninpo Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon animals and objects to fight on their behalf. The ninja normally signs a blood contract with the animal species, which allows him to summon different size and skill levels of creature.
Shunshin no Jutsu - Body Flicker Technique
Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.
Kiri Gakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Technique)
This jutsu envelops the surrounding area in a dense fog or mist, causing anyone within it to lose the advantage of visibility. The density can be controlled by the user, allowing them to create a fog so thick that they themselves cannot see through it.
Suiton: Daibakufu no Jutsu(Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique)
This technique is used to create a massive blast of water. This technique was going to be employed by Zabuza Momochi against Kakashi Hatake, but when he attempted to use it, Kakashi used his Sharingan to copy it and use it quickly against Zabuza before he could complete it himself.

A powerful attack that creates a huge current of water in the form of a dragon, and sends it towards the target.

Kokohi no Jutsu - False Place Technique
Kokohi no Jutsu is a simple Genjutsu technique which changes the appearance of a nearby object.
Muon Satsujin Jutsu (Silent Homicide Technique)
As the name suggests, this technique is simply a very quiet method of killing an opponent, usually from behind with a blade. Additionally, because the user is so silent, it cannot be defended against. The user will often slit their opponent's throat, preventing any cry that might give them away. Zabuza was a master of this technique, and was even good enough to track and kill three Leaf Jonin opponents through sound alone.
Utsusemi no Jutsu (Projection Technique)
From a hidden location, the user can project their voice in a way similar to ventriloquism. Those in the area where the voice is being directed at will hear a resonating echo, as well as a more ominous undertone.
Projection Technique is only known as a jutsu in the Naruto anime. It was first used in the Naruto manga by Zabuza Momochi and Orochimaru with no name. In addition, this technique has never been given an entry name in the Naruto databooks, which more than likely means it is more of a skill than a jutsu.
Water Release: Five Eating Sharks
This jutsu is used when an opponent is knocked into water. From the water, five sharks are created and used to attack the opponent.
Water Release: Rapid Crasher
This technique creates water in the user's hand and fires it at the enemy. It is used in conjunction with Naruto Uzumaki's Wind Release: Spiraling Sphere to form the Drowning Maelstrom Technique.
Water Release: Syrup Capture Field
Using this jutsu, the user can spit a stream of extremely sticky syrup that covers the ground and holds opponents in place. Any ninja capable of walking on water can avoid being stuck in the syrup, but need to do so before being caught.
Sealing Technique: Three Directions Seal
Two shadow clones are created by the Third, forming together the vertices of a triangle. By performing hand seals, a tetrahedral form of light traps the target, who is sent to another dimension.
Water Release: Water Encampment Wall
This jutsu creates a water barrier to protect the user from any offensive attacks. Both the Second Hokage and Kakashi Hatake were able to perform this without a water source by spitting the water from their mouths.
Water Release: Water Shark Missile Technique
This jutsu utilizes water to attack the enemy with a powerful water burst in the form of a shark.
Ice Release:Ice ball Jutsu((Only used for emergencies))
This Jutsu allows Whinry to tap into all of her Chakra and to make a Ball made of ice and chakra. this willl Imprision Whinry and anyone with her in that ball and nothing can penatrate it. Nothing at all, she and anyone else in it will be compltely safe from any attack. but it comes at a price. it becomes a great strain on the body and she will sometime after she's done will have to pass out and be out for at least 3 days after using this jutsu. This ball can be as big as it can and it wills till only use the same amount of chakra that it should be used for. Whinry will only use this if she Extremely needs it.
Water Release: Black Rain Technique:
This jutsu creates a flammable black mist that forms a small cloud. The user can then move the cloud above their target and disperse it, covering the target in flammable oil.
Demonic Mirror Ice Murder(part of the bloodline limit):
After the victim is trapped in the users Demonic Ice Mirrors, The user will then begin dashing from one mirror to another, attacking with blinding speed until the mirrors explode, damaging all inside.
Demonic Thin Ice Mirrors(part of the bloodline limit):
The user vanishes and reappears in any location desired (usually behind the enemy), then creates a single ice mirror. The user leaps into the mirror from the rear and comes out from the front, hitting the enemy.
Ice Prison Technique:
This jutsu creates pillars of ice crystals that home in on an opponent and trap them in ice.
Ice Release: Black Dragon Outburst Snowstorm:
This jutsu creates an icy black dragon with red eyes that is shot towards the opponent.
Ice Release: One-Horned White Whale:
This jutsu fashions a massive narwhal from surrounding ice that jumps up and falls back down on the opponent. Though made entirely from inanimate ice, the beast releases a loud echoing moan as it rises.
Ice Release: Piercing Dragon Fierce Tiger:
This jutsu creates a large tiger out of nearby ice. Because it's so cold, it can freeze nearby water while attacking its target. It resembles an ice version of Water Release: Water Dragon Blast Technique.
Ice Release: Swallow Snow Storm:
This jutsu creates a cluster of ice needles in the shape of miniature swallows, which the user then throws at the opponent. These needles can change direction in midair and will maim the opponent with their sharp wings.
Ice Release: Wolf Fang Avalanche Technique:
This jutsu creates an avalanche of snow wolves that run towards the opponent, biting and crushing their foe.

Special Summoning Jutsu: Rai the Dragon:
Whinry can summon a dragon and use it to her advantage. It's a real life dragon that was passed down for centuries in the Hamisaki clan. The dragon's Name is Rai and it's a girl. This dragon is specifically made for Whinry. Whinry learned it from her adoptive mother and she took a real live baby dragon and placed it in this jutsu and this dragon will only die if Whinry dies. Rai can talk to Whinry through the mind and will give Whinry a ride whenever she wants one. Rai can maniplulate water just like Whinry and can defend herself with it. Rai has a point at the tail that she can use to swipe at the opponet. Rai also have spikes and razor sharp teeth that can puncture almost anything. Rai and Whinry are like best friends and will defend each other if they need it. Whinry can tell her secrets because noone else can understand Rai like Whinry does.

Born from the same mother but was raised by a different family)).Whinry is Partially blind so for her to see she creates vibrations,these vibrations go to the person and they go up the body and give whinry an image that goes directly to her brain and then when it goes to her brain she knows exactly what you look like and where you are at......whinry can use other senses to find you like touch and hearing....whinry is very smart and knows how to counter attack most Jutsu's. Whinry can also make a special medicine its called the Energy pill and by the name it gives you more Chakra like the food pill except it doesn't make you so tired after you use it Whinry makes these only for her friends and who extrememly needs it. She can also Manipulate water....like Haku she can bend the water to her will.....she can aslo have it float in mid air without using a hand and can freeze the water in a blink of an eye.
