I thought it would be interesting to know what you people considered your dream job. Is it realistic? Are you actually doing it now?
I think I'd love to be a musician but I doubt that will happen. I want to do something in science too but I don't know what yet.

I would love to be either a music teacher or a psychologist... but I haven't gotten to college yet, so I don't know if it will work out... Hoping, though... xD

Ultimately, I suppose I'd love to sit around all day and write...music, books, essays, articles, poetry...whatever happens to suit my fancy that day. Of course, that's impossible if I want to manage any sort of financial security...
I think my dream job, honestly, would be some way where I can reform the world and make it a better place.

I'd like to be a singer or actress. However, I know that is unrealistic. Instead, I'm going to work on my book (a part of a 4-book series), and if that doesn't work out either, I'm going to go to Berkley or Harvard and major in a field of business.

zingebar A rogue economist (Just like Steven D. Levitt) God, after I read Freakonomics I totally wanted to become an economist. I've since moved on, but it's amusing that you mentioned that.
My latest aspirations (although I know they change every two weeks) is to be either an educational administrator/innovator or a textbook author. I have a lot of good ideas for how to revamp educational programs, but I'm just not a people person (and I kind of hate kids) so I would be a really crappy teacher, So, I figured it would be kind of cool to do behind-the-scenes curriculum development and things like that.

My dream job is hitman. It may sound dumb, but you need to be extremely cunning and intelligent to survive as a hitman. You have to be able to plot every detail of the assassination. The set up, the kill, the getaway. The physical requirements are amazing. You may need to climb the side of a building or jump from rooftop to rooftop to get to your target. The rush of adrenaline after you kill the target and must escape so as to not be seen. Every part of the job would be exciting and thrilling.

00 Agent.
Or a hitman.
Or a doctor.
Or a musician.
Or... God. (That's a little extreme... maybe?)

Ah, Squenix...I have a friend who used to work for Blizzard, he now writes webcomics and has self termed himself "The World's Lazest Cartoonist"
My ambition is to become a nationally syndicated editorial cartoonist, just like my hero, Herbert Block (May he Rest In Peace). I plan to start this career on Thursday if all goes well.
And mabye even change the world a little along the way. Don't we all?
I have a bad habit of ranting.

I want to become an actor or model. And to Foolish Last Words up there let me just say it is most certainly not impossible. I've been taking classes and 2 of my friends have already been signed for model agencies, I've got a couple talent interviews coming up as well. biggrin
