The Story so far
Oda Nobunaga has been treacherously betrayed by Akechi Mitsuhide, now, the Toyotomi and Tokugawa have joined forces against the Akechi and are mustering forces for the revenge of Nobunaga.
Will you help revenge Oda's death? Or will you fight the Toyotomi/Tokugawa alliance to save the traitor's hide?

Dynasty warriors scenario
You have landed a seaside city as a stranger, no one knows you, and you cannot comprehend what these people are speaking of. You slowly learn of the betrayl and the upcoming war. You may choose to join forces with eiher the Akechi, Toyotomi or any of the other armies.

Bio: Mocked for his unbelievably girly appearance, Ranmaru has struggled throught HIS life to gain the rights of being respected as any other man. After the 'tragic death' of Oda Nobunaga, Ranmaru, under Nouhime's orders is sent to the Eastern Warriors to convince Date Masamune into joining the Toyotomi/Tokugawa/Oda alliance, to avenge beloved Nobunaga's death.

Rikuzen
Date Masamune, newly annoited Lord of Rikuzen and clan leader of the Date strolled across his nightingale floor, listening with all senses to the song of the floor.
"Stop that, Masamune, I'm trying to calculate this season's taxes," sniped Tendo Wasabi, his most faithful retainer.
Masamune paused, and the song of the nightingale floor ceased.
"Thank you," Wasabi muttered sourly, and once again bent over his ink stained sleeves and parchments.
Masamune gazed at his house's printed screens with his one good eye. His gaze lingered for a short moment over a scene of his father and his persian stallion.
A scowl deeped his forehead and he resumed strutting along the nightingale flor, the song returning to echo through the halls of the house.
Wasabi's inkstone clattered to the floor, a note of the nightingale triggered on impact.
"Masamune," breathed Wasabi, annoyance flickering in a flame in his eyes,
he pointed his ink-darkened finger to the garden where a young woman was perched upon the rocks near the carp inhabited pond.
"Megohime, now," he commanded.
If it were anyone else who had ordered him so briskly to see his wife, Masamune would have denied and had the speaker executed. But Wasabi was a different matter, as young boys they had been like brothers and they had fought, side by side to claim the territory that rightfully belonged to the Date Empire.
Without further ado, Masamune swept out of the room and into the garden.

Tendo Wasabi, chief retainer and longest and closest ally and friend to Date Masamune looked down upon his sums. This season's harvest was not looking good. He personally had volunteered to total up the taxes as Masamune's enemies where everywhere. Following the imprisonment of Masamune's mother Mikoto, the Mogami where obviously outraged. Assasination attempts where frequent and there where spies everywhere.
The internal threats, Date Tojiro and Lady Mikoto had been temporarily halted by imprisonment, at least half the clan was against Masamune, or Botenmaru they still called him, the obvious was that Masamune and those who where loyal to him where going to have to struggle to eliminate the problem.
Wasabi sighed and remembered with a grim reflection the poisoned cup being passed to Masamune b Tojiro, the knowing glance that passed between Mikoto and her treacherous son.
Perhaps if they sided with the Toyotomi, they would be better off....
