The village in general.

Shen began to run as fast as he could trying to escape his executioner but as he ran Kagemaru wires were catching up quickly.

"There's no use in running you traitor." laughed Kagemaru as his wires finally caught up to Shen.

slicing through his achilles tendon causing him to fall face flat upon the ground the rocks scratching him slightly. As Shen tried to rise to his feet again he was met with pain and fell back to the ground. The wires then wrapped themselves around the bulk of his face and torso. As Shen fought against his immobility the wires slowly dug into his flesh, starting as minor cuts but progressing until they sliced through his muscle tissue snagging themselves upon his bones which too were being slowly etched away. The wires upon his face remained loosely wrapped until the rest had finally snapped through the bone after which the too began to constrict ripping through the cartilage of his nose and cleanly cutting off his ears. The pain continued for over half an hour as the wires moved around major arteries and caused their pain the left over loose wires proceeding to skin Shen alive slowly and agonizingly tearing through and around his body. Once the main wires had wrapped them selves around Shens heart and lungs other strings emerged from Kagemaru's sleeves seizing Shens arms and legs before quickly tearing them off leaving the Sound ANBU a dismembered body so deformed that no one but the Otokage himself would know who this man once was. One sole wire wrapped itself around one of Shen's eyes and plucked it from his skull as the final touch before Shen would be allowed to die. After the eye was removed Kagemaru's wires pulled forcefully shredding Shen to pieces his remaining eye sliced so cleanly that the retina was severed in thirds.

"No one defies the will of Kagemaru...." whispered The kage to himself as he placed the eye in a vial with a solution before heading off to the prison.
