Hi, it's my first time using decals, and I was wondering what the procedure is for making them permanent. Do you have to paint an basecoat, apply the eye, then do a topcoat? Or can you apply the decal straight to the face and just do a topcoat over it? Also, will the same sealer work for both decals and paint? X_x
