It works like this. Everyone starts as a genin.(except Kages and Jounin appointed by me) Genin start with 100 Chakra. After learning jutsu after the needed posts of trying to learn it. Your chakra will increase that amount. When in a battle your chakra goes down for the jutsu. Once your chakra reaches zero your to tired to use chakra. HOW EVER, there is a special thing known as Beyond My Chakra Limit this will give you 100 more chakra. After this chakra is used up you are in total exhaustion and at your opponents will.
