Chevelle

The all brother trio from Chicago Illinois. All started back in 1994, but the band did not come to fruition until the release of Point #1 in 1999. The band gained some popularity for their heavy bass riffs and rhythmic guitars. But still virtually unknown until the release of their ever famous album, Wonder What's Next. With their lead off single Send the Pain Below and The Red the band gained popularity quite quick. The album was released in 2002 and soon after the band was asked to join Disturbed, Taproot, and Unloco on the Music as a Weapon II Tour, which only brought their alternative rock styles to new fands. In 2004 the band released their greatest masterpiece to date, This Type of Thinking (Could Do Us In) with their lead off single Vitamin R (Leading Us Along) which was heavily played on MTV and MTV2. But after the release of the album, the band took a break from the music to relax and did not return to the studio until late '06 to begin recording Vena Sera. But also that year long time bassist and third brother Joe Loeffler was replaced by Pete's brother-in-law Dean Bernandini. The album was finally released on April 3, 2007 with their first single Well Enough Alone. The band is currently on tour with Evanescence, Finger Eleven, and Strata.
