the old drummer of blink-182,scott quit(i think,besides,travis made blink better!)
but what happened to scott?did he make/join a band?gave up music?im curious

Lots of rumors have been circling around the net on the "why" and "how" scott left the band, and the silence of the singers (Mark And Tom) on this subject contributes in their growth. Two of these are highly probable. The first (and most known) is that Scott got simply kicked out of the band by the rest of the group. The second would be that he left in order to continue his studies. It's said that Scott Raynor got a call before a show that he got accepted to a college he had been trying really hard to get into. They were on tour and he had to leave immediatly evidently and they were happy for him. The rumor floating around is that he was drunk most of the time when on tour, Mark and Tom couldn't stand that so they kicked him out of the band. Knowing that Tom hates the "taste of beer" and that the "man overboard's" lyrics are rumoured to deal with Scott's alcoholism too, maybe that's true...

it could be any of those reasons.
they never really announced why he left.

I've read that he had alcohol problems and was asked to check into rehab my mark and tom, and when the problems continued, they kicked him out mid-tour and filled him in with travis from the aquabats who they were touring with.

I hear the alcohol story sometimes.... but i think the story i hear the most is that he chose college over the band, but i was told is was like... a BIG college... up near harvard!

idk if soe1 posted already i didnt read
tom and mark didnt like his drinkiing habbits and asked him to stop.....scott said well that night i got blackout drunk
(my freind told me this idk if it is true)
in urethra chronicles 2 tom said travis played with them becuasscott wasnt available .....and th rest is history

Agreeing with artimus clydefrog, I'm pretty sure it's because of his drinking habits, but I don't think anyone really knows.

My neighbor new blink in college,
He says that they kicked him out because they thought Travis was better
he said the drinking story is bs because they all drank alot, but they used that as an excuse to get rid of him
