Rammstein are basically a German version of Disturbed.
As for the band, I've been listening to them since 1996 when they released Herzeleid. Their best album personally to date has got to be Mutter and ever since Reise, Reise the band has started to blow chunks and sound all emoish in their lyrics. Just read the English translation of Ohne Dich.

I agree. If they're not speeking english in they're songs, which for the most part no. Learn the language they're speaking.

Amerika is one of the only songs where they speak English. And on Rosenrot they even speak Espanol on Te Quiero Puta!
