Once upon a time there was a little tree-hugging hippie who liked Scotsmen a lot. So she got her boyfriend who loved her very much and is Scottish to put on a kilt and a ghillie shirt and sgian dubhs and brogues and go to her prom with her. However, the boyfriend was in a bad mood and spoiled the hippie's night. Multiple times. And the hippie was very sad, because she wanted to have a good time with her friends. She could not sleep that night, both because of him and the nine cups of espresso she had at post prom, but the next day she crashed. And when she woke up...
She completely forgot Earth Day. There were two saplings in her dorm room just waiting to be planted, and they had to stay in their pots until she got to go home in a month. There were many, many blocks of tofu in the refrigerator that did not get eaten at the Earth Day celebration she had planned. (Albeit, the hippie was very, very, very glad about this, because she liked tofu so much.) And the Scotsman was unsympathetic, and then would not talk to her.
But the thing that was most upsetting was that she missed Earth Day.
So, that was my Earth Day/Arbor Day, whatever you want to call it. Did anybody else do anything for it? Or have anything planned? Or wants to see the one good picture of me (and my Scotsman) in existence? But mostly Earth Day?

I don't do anything on Earth Day. Just not my thing. razz See, if you worry about it, it only brings you grief! xd

Soren DeGali Olé! razz You two look rather couple-y, I must say. 3nodding This picture was taken in the short time span in which he was not being a total a**. i was quite thrilled. He went right back to being an a** shortly after this was taken. But he's recently written a very nice apology, so he is forgiven. And one of my trees found a new home. So the story has a happy ending.

Whoa, what is this about "my girl"?! O____O This already doesn't sound good... gonk I have to admit, I passed up the thread, but I don't think I'll ever do that again now. razz I'll check it out now.
Oh, and Scary... it's a shame to hear that he's an @$$, but HEY! At least he's Scottish! razz
