Well, Once at a really low level, I accidently moved a pitcher of ale, and guards started chasing after me. Then, I ran all the way through the imperial city, and out towards the prisons, and down this really steep slope. Once I got down there, I realized the guard had jumped from too high, and had taken damage. So, I ran up to him, and he swung at me. After blocking his attack, he was rebounded, and I used a charged hit, and actually managed to kill him.
