Do you have any plans for the night of the 20th/morning of the 21st of July? My friends and I are staying up all night, rewatching the movies, re-reading the books, playing the games and then turning up for the release at least two hours early - dressed for the occasion, of course. We're going to contact the local papers and everything.

What about you? Are you going to the release in your home town? Are you dressing up? What other preparations are you making for July 21st?

Well, I am certainly dressing up. I have for the last 3 books and all the movies, it's expected of me.

I expect I'll get up to all sorts of crazyness, but I won't know what it will be until those whom I love wander back to this guild and post here.

Diana, Finora, Lianara? That's you.

Sorry for the lack of posting lately, Kat. I've been so busy with the god damn play and the horse and Tom's hockey, which I guess I HAVE to go and watch...

*sigh*

Anyway, we should get together and do something similar to Shadow! And, by then, I'll have my G2 so we can drive over to Chapters in London instead of waiting until 7 in the morning to get the stupid book. razz

Don't worry about it, dearling. You've got a lot going on.

Anyway, chapters in London, good stuff!

My plans for HPDE are to pester my dear friend into driving us into London (nearest big city) for the midnight release. What said friend does not know, however, is that I want to get there about 48 hours early.

Well, the closest bookstore where I live (Townsville, Australia) is Dymocks, which is across the road because I live across from the our biggest shopping centre (which is still pathetically small). My friends were going to camp outside, but I suggested staying at my house instead, which is just as close.

(Only 86 days to go...!)

48 hours early? *sighs* Although it sounds perfectly reasonable, considering what we're waiting for, what are we going to do for the 48 hours? T.T

Obsess? Frighten the Londoners? Ooo! We can re-enact scenes from the books (or fanfics... hehe...) on the street in front of the bookstore!

Fanfics... razz That would be interesting. I think we'd be charged with indecent exposure

Without a doubt in my mind, luv, without a doubt in my mind...

But, I guess that sounds reasonable. Plus, we can always GO into chapters during it's open hours, and... um... bring board games and whatnot for the many hours that it's not.

Dude, board games. It's us. Do you HONESTLY thing we need to bring stuff to pass the time?

For 48 hours? Yes. Yes I do. Unless we decide to make our own board games. Do you not remember the night in front of Elgin Mall? I had a little DVD player and my headset with speakers to keep us awake and amused, and that didn't even do anything. Instead, we sat there, trying to open the doors with magic (which one did open! remember THAT?), and you decided to chase the seagulls the second they landed in the parking lot.

Board games? Yes. In fact, I think we need a few books to pass the time too. HARRY POTTER BOOKS!

I just want to say, because I'm very happy about this, that I got my G2 today. I can't believe I actually got my G2, because anything that could've gone wrong, went wrong. Well, besides the me driving part. I did well enough to pass when it comes to that.

But, anyway, my story. So, I get picked up from school by my grandma because I used her car for my test, and I remembered that my dog completely destroyed my glasses and they won't let me drive without my glasses! So, I took them to the mall and begged them to fix it, which eventually they agreed to do. I went about 120 km/h to make it to the stupid place on time, while my grandma constantly said, "Kayla? Kayla. You're going just a bit fast there, dear." I get there, and I had a different examiner than before. A guy examiner. It was very awkward, since he kept looking at my chest. But, I passed. All that, and I don't think I've gotten over ten hours of sleep in the past few days. WOOT!

But yes. That's my story.

You mean you have your G2 because the driver instructor thought you were hot? Okay. Awesome.
Anyway, your story is awesome. It's like, Murphy's law, and you still won. Go you.

Yeah, I so remember last time, it was awesome! We shouted magic spells at the doors, and chased seagulls, and... actually, that's all I really remember, but I thought it was awesome!

I think we should write a book! While we wait for it! Whoo!

o_____- I never thought about it like that before... maybe I did pass only because he thought I was hot. >< Well, I didn't crash into anything or run a red light, so I think I did really well on the test. Man, that day was horrible. After that, I came home and didn't even have time to sleep before I left for the play, and I only had an orange for supper. T.T

But, yes. I think writing a story is an amazing idea. ^^
