So basically I've lost quite alot of weight but I still carry around this annoying flabby stomach and my legs are still a quite fatty... so my goal in whole is to have a totally toned body so I won't be embarassed to wear a bathing suit this summer. Any suggestions? Please?

I know how you feel, I'm sort of going through that right now. I don't really do the whole crunches thing cuz I simply don't like it and it pisses me off to hear people say that theres no other way. So if there is actually another way that someone knows of that could help that would be awesome.

I hope you get to your goal for the summer and get to wear that swimsuit before the summer is over.

Ooh just keep up the good work, I;m sure you will get your goal soon. I've just started to lose I know I'm not going to get to my weight goal this summer but I hope by next summer I will. XD Keep up your good work and I know you will be in that swimsuit in no time. ^^

Keep doing what you're doing. With our luck combined the Ice Age will happen before swimsuit season starts. ;0

There really is no secret except keep working hard ... focus more on aerobic exercise that gets your heart rate up, such as running, rather than lifting weights or doing yoga.

Aerobic/cardio exercises burn more calories than slow exercises - there's no point getting toned muscles if they're buried under fat and not visible. Good luck!
