My first order of business:
I suggest to change the sub-forum names to something like this:
Since it's a resort of sorts:
Great Hall (General Discussions)
^self explanatory
Grand Library (Serious Discussions and Debates)
^like the debates section you set up.
Lounge (Game Discussions)
^for gamers like you guys to discuss gaia or other games outside of gaia, share your secrets, or usernames or show off or whatever you guys want
Private Chambers (Friendly Get-togethers)
^ for friends to get together and chat privately among themselves, so no gate crashing other peoples threads unless invited.
Outdoor Pools (Contests/Events/Giveaways)
^Guild run events and giveaways etc. for guild members only and questers etc. also good incentive for guild members to be active, or for new members
Gardens (Literate Roleplay)
^Members can setup their own Roleplays and invite others to join.
Secret Meeting Rooms (Crew Only)
^ wink
Maybe more to come... heart
Remember to sticky/announce in each sub-forum the rules and regulations for that sub-forum, what's appropriate and relevant and what isn't.
