What are grades, you ask?

Monster grades determine what your monster is worth! That's right, as sad as it is and even though your monster may be priceless to you, in the cold hard world of monster training they may be next to worthless.

Don't fret though! This doesn't make you less of a person or your monster less of a person! This just means that they cost less to breed and that they acquire less attacks from birth.

So how do grades work? Refer to the below post!

You start off with your lowest quality monster: Grade F

Grade F monsters are those that are acquired through Quests. Whether those be Level Up Quests or Beginner Quests, all Grade F monsters come from those.

Grade E-A are acquired through intense breeding, with A being the best and most expensive.

How do Grades affect breeding? Refer to the next post to see!

Grades affect Breeding when it comes to price and born abilities.

Below, you can see the chart of how to get certain Grade pets through breeding:

F+F=E
F+E=D E+E=D
F+D=C E+D=C D+D=C
F+C=B E+C=B D+C=B C+C=B
F+B=A E+B=A D+B=A C+B=A B+B=A
F+A=A E+A+A D+A=A C+A=A B+A=A A+A=A

We'll talk about abilities learned in the post below.

Every bred pet is born with abilities. Two of the abilities it is born with are the common attacks chosen for it's element. (Ex: Corona). The other abilities are chosen by the owner! The list you can choose from depend on the two parents of your new monster.

When we say ability we mean ability that isn't level motivated. (Ex: Charism) That means if an ice pet is born and you want it to have a fire attack one of its parents has, you can! Does this make sense? No! But it's genetics and they never make sense.

Grade E pets are born with four abilities. Two common attacks and one attack from each parent.
Grade D pets are born with six abilities. Two common attacks and two attacks from each parent.
Grade C pets are born with eight abilities. Two common attacks and three attacks from each parent.
Grade B pets are born with ten abilities. Two common attacks and four attacks from each parent.
Grade A pets are born with twelve abilities. Two common attacks and five attacks from each parent.

Finally, pricing is discussed in the last post!

Remember, as the generation gets better the price to breed becomes more expensive. The price doesn't depend on the monsters you are breeding. It depends on the monster that will be the result. Pricing goes as below:

Grade E: Costs 200sp (100 from each player)
Grade D: Costs 400sp (200 from each player)
Grade C: Costs 600sp (300 from each player)
Grade B: Costs 800sp (400 from each player)
Grade A: Costs 1000sp (500 from each player)

As you can see it becomes pricey to get top quality but in the end it is worth it!
