Why anyone would want a Pokemon learning Frustration is beyond me. It'd only show how horrible they are to their Pokemon.

FogSage Why anyone would want a Pokemon learning Frustration is beyond me. It'd only show how horrible they are to their Pokemon. I know, it basically means that you have to make sure your pokemon never grows to love you, or else the attack will become weak.

its not unheard of...certain pokemon learn blizzard and thunder which are TMs...whats interesting is pokemon caught already knowing HMs

wow I have heard of pkmn knowing TMs but not HMs, maybe Hms like Rock Smash or Defog but like Surf and Fly.......weird

Salmance learns Fly Rayqualza from Ruby, Saphire & Emerald also has Fly when you catch it.
