I used to know two brothers who often made pairs of characters to play together. One of their more successfuly pairs was a half demon named Sharaz and a half angel named Zanathan who were... brothers (their mother was a
very interesting woman). Seperately they were well made and compelling character and the dymanics between them were an awful lot of fun to watch (particularly since it was the older brother playiing the demon and the younger playing the angel).

my char, a half-celestial favored soul that was raised in a temple
Our characters were twins from a celestial mother who had run afoul of dark sorcery. Alone they were average at best. but together the intergroup dynamics picked up and things got done (my char never leveled up much as he seemed to be our groups kenny thanks to his brother)
