I think it's a fight about fighting, then they could start a fight club for the slow and physicallly weak.

I swear that they're an equal match, for Fry could use Bender, as Homer with Bart, and the car. I swear, they're both too, either drunk, or braindead, to win. It's so true!

If you remember correctly though, Fry was very violent towards Zoidberg when the Claw Plaque was going on (the fight for Edna in "Why Must I be in Crustacean Love?") because he'd gotten his arm chopped off by one of Zoidberg's claws. It really just depends what they were fighting about. To me, they'd just throw stupid lines at each other for a while and then start throwing punches.
