I've been having some trouble finding a regular toning ritual to do everyday. I don't really have the money to go and spend on all those yoga videos.. I wish I could yoga is the best! I feel so good afterwords but the thing is, I want to be all toned up before Summer starts so I can wear my shexy swimsuit... I only have about two months left until summer so PLEASE HELP? any suggestions? heart

My boss told me to invest in a medicane ball. Apparently by being on them, it aligns your back, and when sitting on them for extended amounts of time (like at work) it makes your abs, arms, and legs work out because of the strain to keep balance.
She bought a huge one for $25 for our office and it's lasted two years so far. And when she is gone I do sit ups on them. lol

Swim or walk. Swimming is honestly the best exercise for all over toning: you work every muscle in the body, it's low impact, and it's relaxing
