I had shin splints last year and I havn't had em this season till today and they came back and I was dieing when I ran cause of em. What can I do to get rid of em or make them stop hurting when I run other then stop running for a while.

first, stretch, a lot.
this next thing is a trick my coach taught us
take dixie cups, fill them with water and freeze them. use them to ice your legs, it's an ice bar! xd when the ice gets low, peel the cup a bit.
that's all i know, hope it helps wink
