Hullo.
Assuming from the fact your in this guild you must DnAngel.
I personally like both the manga and anime because I think the storyline is extremly original and it its just very cute.
But I also think the reason why I like this manga/anime is because it isnt all that popular.
Yes, there are some fangirls who say nothing but:
OMG!!!11!!1! I LYKe LOOOOOOoooooVVE DARKK SO MuCH!!!1!!111!!!
But for the most part, it is relatively unpopular.
(Compared to the popular shows out there right now.
Ex. Naruto, Fma, Death Note)
I think this is one of the reasons why I have continued to like the show.
For examle:
(I will not use Naruto or Inuyasha for my examples because I personally have always hated those shows.)
- I used to love FMA
But as I realized more and more people liked it, and the fangirls never stopped raving, I grew sick of it.
This has not happened with DnAngel so far, and I am led to beleive it is because it is not uber popular.

LOL same here. I think the same... for the most part. I use to LOVE DEATHNOTE but now, I see everyone talking about it. I just gave up. DeathNote... Oh.. that's nice. No, I don't want to read it.
But for DNAngel, I'll keep liking it no matter how much the fan girls. For me, I believe, since I've been liking it for a longer period of time, and people just generally fade out. (like Inuyasha, wasn't it so popular 3 years ago, and now it's just "if finally ended"?) But that's not the point. I've liked DNAngel till now, so why should "I" grow sick of it because of someone else? And besides, if I over hear someone going "ooooooh Dark from DNANGEL is so HOT" I'll just say "NOOB" and walk off *ish rude* =P

I'm going to have to disagree with your views. True FMA has become annoying, but where I live there are just as many DNAngel fans as there are fans for the popular animes. No they aren't just fan girls going "OMG Dark ish hawt!!!!!!!!!!!11!!!!!!!!1" Actually a lot of my guy friends enjoy DNAngel as well. Granted they think other shows are better, but they're also future homocidal freaks who annoy me beyond the point of no return. In fact one of my best friends and I have deep conversations about DNAngel. I guess that's only where I live though.

Myself, I don't really give a crap whether it's popular or not.
I like DNAngel because it's good.
I try not to judge an anime/manga based on it's popularity. For example, I think Death Note and Fullmetal Alchemist are wonderful, but couldn't get into something like Naruto. I used to watch Inuyasha as well, before it got so repetitive that I couldn't stand it anymore.
Likewise, I also enjoy some of the not-heard-very-often anime/manga such as Kare Kano and Lagoon Engine.
Coming back to DNAngel, I like it because it has gorgeous artwork, a brilliant storyline, and amazing characters, not because it's popular/unpopular.
