ok, so i was going to move deleters [emerald] so i could transfer swampert, it knew surf.
move deleter says:
'hm!
Your swampert doesn't seem willing to forget surf!'
???

That's just messed up dude... you have the HM right? That's the only thing I could think of, if you didn't have the HM for some reason, it would be a safeguard against not being able to surf... but you can't really toss HM's can you.... Are you sure this isn't just a hhallucination from transfering pokemon at six in the morning? xD

it happend to me and it was only with swampert i tryed other HM and they came of

Try taking two pokemon- swampert and another one with surf. That might work...I dunno...they prevent hm deletion so people don't get stuck anywhere...surf is the best way of travel (And flying) so maybe surf will go if you bring two with surf.

It won't forget it in the game that you got him? That's a problem, but if he didn't forget it in the place where you trasnferd him that I understand, and it's a nice heads up for me.

pokemon that arent caught in your own version can't get there Hm's deleted, im not sure about the other ones, but its ur fault u shouldve went to the move deleter in Emerald and gotten it just deleted then transferred him to DP

NovaNinja pokemon that arent caught in your own version can't get there Hm's deleted, im not sure about the other ones, but its ur fault u shouldve went to the move deleter in Emerald and gotten it just deleted then transferred him to DP IT IS IN EMERALD YOU CAN'T TRANSFER POKEMON WITH HMS. THATS WHY I WANTED TO REMOVE IT.

Maybe sometimes...a pokemon is attached to their moveset...I've had no problems deleting mine sweatdrop There has to be something about it- somewhere.

update:i had to get rid of surf by having 2 pokemon with surf in my party..
