the Lost Ground; a terrible place of upheaval and violence, a district of japan that has been 'independent' for over 20 years. the origin of Alter users.
Alter power is the ability to break down matter and reconfigure it into differnt shapes and energies resulting in why the Lost ground is so dangerous.
to comabt these strage Alter users the city made a police organization calld HOLD, and within HOLD is a sub-division called HOLY made up entirely of Alter users with the idea that "the only way you can fight an Alter user is with another Alter user." HOLY has maintained peace for about 5 years due to the prodigy known as Ryuho and his Alter called Zetsuei...

this is a s-CRY-ed RPG, based on the manga/anime show. you can play characters from the show or make up your own. you are allowed to play up to two characters, but only if at least one of then is an original.

Alter abilities: save a person from death by using her own life.

backround: was a weak Inner bullied by boys until Ryuho saved her and told her she was free. she had never been free before and so instantly worshipped him and joined HOLY in hopes of getting him to love her back. there she found out her Alter's powers and knew that the only time she would use them would be to save his life.

Alter abilities: create a high speed spacecraft with various attack arrays *as wel as small units called Options that mimic the main attack*
alignment: Inner good
background: Had a very rough childhood, never really knew his parents, so lived mainly on the streets. Couldn't stand the evil of the world, and wished to escape which sparked the discovery of his alter power, the ability to create a jet similar to one he had once seen in a game. As his alter power grows, he can create more of the floating "Option" orbs to support the main craft, but can't make more than 4 at a time. Decided to remain as an inner because he despised the ways of HOLY. Despite being good, he enjoys blowing things up for no good reason *so long as no one gets hurt* and hopes one day to use VicViper to escape into space.

Victor stood on one of the many sharp pillars of rock protruding from the Lost Grounds, staring up at the sky with an arm outstretched. He clenched his fist and slowly lowered his eyes. No matter how hard he reached, he could never reach the stars he longed to see. Even with all the power he had at his hands, every time he tried to escape, he was drawn right back down, into a world that he no longer cared for.
Victor collapsed onto the ground behind him, exhausted. Today had been especially trying. Many members of HOLY had tried to capture him today. Victor was fairly certain he hadn't earned any special attention, just that he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Still, even so, it didn't stop him from wanting to leave this place behind.
Lying there on the cold rock, Victor fell asleep, and dreamed of countless stars in a vast sea of darkness....
