& I want to buy at least one book. But, of course, I want to buy an LGBT-related one. Hehe. -nod-
I've only ever read the Rainbow Boys trilogy [which are my favorite books other then Harry Potter] & "So Hard To Say", also by Alex Sanchez. At least, ones that are LGBT-central.
Could you guys give me some recomendations? (: I'm up for pretty much anything.

There is a book recommendation thread, but these books are really good and within your price range.
Boy Meets Boy by David Levithan Geography Club and Order of the Poison Oak (the third book of the trilogy, Split Screen, is still in hardcover) by Brent Hartinger.

Dhalgren, a novel you'll hear me recomending a lot here as the weeks roll by, would be an excellent buy for anyone on a budget as it'll take ages to read and the rest of your life to try and work out what it's about.
Nominally an SF book, though I don't buy that myself, it's a classic 'stranger comes to town' structure. An unnamed (or is he?) kid arrives in an American city that has suffered an unspecified (or is it?) catastrophe. His experiences end up challenging any divisions of class, race, sex or sexuality that you might concieve of.
Anyone who ever gets fed up reading about adventures and would like the whole experience of reading to be transformed into an adventure...the city of Bellona is waiting.

Delnia Hmm.. Luna or Keeping You A Secret by Julie Anne Peters are excellent books if you like YA Novels ^_^ I second Keeping You a Secret! And Luna was pretty good, but Luna's sister just kind of irked me. Geography Club was pretty good, too. If you're going to Borders, you can print out a 30% off coupon on one book (with a minimum $10 purchase, although they usually don't care), so maybe you can get more than one book....?
