I just used the GTC on Pearl to trade for a Turtwig. AND IT CAME WITH FREAKIN' POKéRUS!!! xd

I've got a better one from the GTS. I put in my level chimchar in hopes of getting a Dialga. I came back that nighr and I got a level 100 Shiny Dialga.

my guess would be that it's a hacked Pokemon. Probably the same with my Azelf that I got.
