The G.S.S 1407 Amanda glides silently across space, it's slim, sleek profile barely visable as it approaches Starbase 5124 to pick up crew and troops. "Two people can't man this grand flagship..." said the Captain to no one in particular as he sat on his bridge, watching the computer guide his ship towards the Starbase.

Jason, waiting at the boarding dock, happens to hear that the Starship is approaching. He looks out one of the large Plexiglass windows, and spots it coming in for a landing. He sighed. "This guy best not be a damned a** to my command rank." He said before walking to the loading area. (Just one post, busy busy tonight.)

Jakqe, the captain, was sitting and watching his ship dock when the lights on the bridge went out, as did all the lights, save for the flickering red battle-lamps. DEEDEET! "Warning: Docking System Malfunction. Impact with starbase imminent." the computer calmly stated as the ships docking boosters fired randomly, throwing the ship around and ever closer to the starbase's Life Support domes. ------------------------------------------------------------------ On the starbase, warning klaxons blared and damage control parties are scurrying about, bracing every possible point that can be braced and ushering civs and personell into the quantum armored core of the station.

Jason stood at the loading dock and walked the tunnel to where he would meet the ship eventually. He ignored the crews warnings as he grabbed one of the space suits next to the chamber. He put it on, and placed his weapons and gear into a bag. He walked into the next portion of the room, and closed the door behind him. He then opened the air lock door and jumped out and started to float toward the ship. He aimed for the bridge window, and landed just in front of the captain. He smiled and then opened a panel just infront of the window and started to rewire some of the faulty wiring. He had the power running in about a minute, and the ships boosters slowed the ship to the point that it just scraped the station.

Aboard the ship, the red battle lamps stay on and the lights off, and the captain bleeding on the deck, partially electrocuted and half dead, and the ship's Emergency Medical Hologram still inopretive. several control panels are shorted out, blue electricity playing across the deckplates and consoles. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The starbase damage control crews extend their airlock, but leave it sealed as the sensors detected a virus, the Omnicron Kobold Virus, running throughout the ships Atmo units and the virus is capable of eating through sealed and hardened biocontainment suits. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The nearest medical ship equipped with the proper equipment is approx 2 hours away.

Jason watched the bright blue electricity flash across all the ships dashboards as the Captain lay unconscious near the command console. He cursed and made his way to the docking door on the left side of the craft. He made sure the air lock was closed on the tunnel, and the ship was snug before opening the door to the ship. There was a hiss as the pressure equalized with the ship. Jason rushed in and grabbed the captain from the floor and dragged him to the airlock. His suit had started to deteriorate as he closed the airlock between the ship and the station. He quickly took the suit off and threw it to one side as the airlock re-pressurized to the stations pressure. He opened the door to the station, dragging the Captain in with him and quickly shutting the door again. Hopefully the virus didn't enter the station. He bent down next to the mans head and slapped him a few times, trying to wake him up.
