This building is only just in the north, it is, in fact. almost dead centre of Terim. It is, as you would imagine, a grand old building, steeped in history, and in Ivy. A clock at the head of the great roman-style pillars is checked regularly. When one walks into the town via the only entrance, this building sits, almost on a pedestal above the surrounding buildings. In it's view, in certain places, one may see the West of Terim, where many a seller cries out to the passers by, offering them much in the way of material possessions and splendor. Off to the north, the 'Terimites' live out their daily lives, mundane as they seem for most. Off to the east is the Roleplaying grounds, these host a vast number of Roleplays nowadays. On entering, it is overlaid in spots with gold, as you look, a passer by follows your eyes, "This place was robbed of it's gold about 200 years ago, these are the bits they missed." He walks on, face now downtrodden. As you approach the receptionist, you notice that there is no queue to speak to Mayor Tellossewen , "Why is there no queue?" you ask. The receptionist looks up, her long brown hair flowing behind her ears and down on to her chest, not that you were following it! concentrating on her face once more, it is seemless, not a wrinkle to be seen, her glasses, rimless, and with barely any magnification on them at all. She wakes you from your trance with a small cough, "Our mayor is very good at her job, would you like to see her?" You reply "No, thank you." and pace into the library itself; walls lined with books from floor to ceiling, with hundreds of isles in between. people sit at a complex of tables in the middle of it all. You make your way in.....
