Who here thinks the show is awsom? Who here thinks it's stupid? Discuss?
I for one think the American version is one of the stupidest peices of s**t in the world. But the original Japanese version rocks, as to us the show seems to be made for teens. Plus 40% of why I like the show is because the songs they put in the beggining and end.

i use to like the manga, back when it was in shone Jump. but as time went on, i lost my taste for the manga. that, and i just got sick of people say how great it was.
I guess watch animes like Hellsing, Last Exile, Berserk, and Kinos Journey. just made me realize how average Naruto is.

That's really the way of it. Naruto is a gateway Anime, like the later episodes of Dragon Ball Z. You realize it's not very good once you find all content that's out there. It's more like a "beer and pretzels" show. There's nothing wrong with enjoying say it's the "bestest show ever" suggest that one has not sample a wider range of animes.
From my personal of view Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex kicks Naruto in the teeth on almost every point.

I used to watch it alot, til i got into bleach, bleach owns that show.

FULL METAL ALCHEMIST....crazy plot.......
Naruto in my oppinion goes up and down sometimes its good sometimes it suks. most shows are like this......but for the most part when it isn't a filler and is actually part of the plot its a pretty good show.
Darker Than Black is better than it though.....so are a few others but Naruto is in my opinion actually a little better than average.
