So after doing the victory road sidequest, the girl says she wants to see Girl '..The pokemon living among flowers...' Shaymin? thats all i can think of..

probably. There are many indications of the three event Pokemon

Acid and Icy- That's Darkrai
Renara, Icy, and Tasami- You only need a Snorlax, that's all. It doesn't need any specific stat

That's the girl at the Pal Park. She gives you a poketech ap. she also wants to see a kecleon.
The Victory Road partner mentions Shaymin
The Boy in Canalave City mentions Darkrai
The many plates and some cities mention of Arceus
Obvious Regigigas is spoke about at the snow temple, Cresselia about the Lunar Wing, the three mirages, the dragons, etc.
