Just an addition to the rules... If you think you can get away with not following the rules. I decided I'll ban anyone who doesn't follow the directions in here, or other threads that have directions to follow for proper procedure.

Reason why you feel you can be Commanding officer: I feel that I can lead a good group of men/women when needed. I have been in leadership positions before. As well as it is fun to pick on the laziest member of the team and not have to deal with the problems with being a lower rank.
