Today was the last day of classes at my college, and, to celebrate, my fencing class played war games. It was pretty much capture the flag with foils! I totally sucked at it. Anyone else ever played war games, or any other fencing based game?

I have, but it was king of the hill. It was awesome to make it fair, so noone started wiht the high ground advantage, all started on the bottom of the hill, and fought way to top. I was ok it was 8 people free for all. I had bruises.

We do bridge battles, capture the flag, corridor bridge battles, melee, team melee and once in a while we do all vs. the TAs.
I like war games ^.^

While Capture the flag with foils is one of my favourites I also like vengeance.
Vengeance is basically a free-for-all type bout but when the person who impales you is himself/herself impaled, you get back in the game.
Therefore, in order to win the game one person must single handedly defeat every other opponent in the game. xD It's a really long game.
