Yes, I really do, but I cannot because I do not believe in harming others. Oh, but I suppose it would be more productive to explain my reasons behind my "violence." Well, and we'll refer to him as "person-type-thing", but anyways, person-type-thing is starting to harass another one of my close gal pals, he use to harass another one of my close gal pals. But yeah, person-type-thing is also bothering a guy friend of mine; person-type-thing is just being a jerk and lying about everything he's doing to my pals. I really just want to do something non-violent to him, but what? Help.

Just because you won't hurt him, doesn't mean you can't make him think you will.
Go up to him and (may be a bad idea, but oh well) b***h him out. Kind of show him you mean buissiness, and tell him to leave you and your friends alone, 'cause you're sick of dealing with him.
If he wants to get violent, or still persists, maybe either set him up to get in trouble (@school, maybe something else), or somehow kind of screw him over slightly. Kinda' show him that you aren't playing, and you're sick of this guy ******** with everyone 'round you.
PS: My advice is only good if you're bold and don't care about getting into trouble/stepping on peoples' toes. D: You have been warned.
