Oh, geez, I go through decks blazingly fast. Hmm...well, my Oath build wasn't too bad, but I'd still have to say that one of my best decks ever was the Government. Its a fairly complex Vintage control deck.
It looked like this before Planar Chaos:
Artifacts ( 12 ) 1 Black Lotus* 2 Crucible of Worlds 1 Mox Diamond* 1 Mox Jet* 1 Mox Pearl* 1 Mox Ruby* 1 Mox Sapphire* 3 Scroll Rack 1 Zuran Orb
Creatures ( 8 ) 3 Dark Confidant 1 Devout Witness 3 Meddling Mage 1 Psychatog
Instants ( 9 ) 1 Ancestral Recall* 2 Brainstorm 4 Force of Will 2 Swords to Plowshares
Sorceries ( 8 ) 1 Balance* 1 Burning Wish* 1 Decree of Justice 3 Duress 1 Time Walk* 1 Wrath of God
Enchantments ( 5 ) 4 Land Tax 1 Trade Routes
Land ( 8 ) 4 Gemstone Mine 1 Strip Mine* 1 Tolarian Academy* 2 Wasteland
Basic Lands ( 10 ) 4 Island 5 Plains 1 Swamp
Sideboard (8 at last build) 1 Shattering Spree 1 Wrath of God 1 Mind Twist 1 Yawgmoth's Will 1 Pyroclasm 1 Decree of Justice /end wishboard 2 Swords to Plowhares 1 Abolish 1 Story Circle
Really, really, a fairly nasty deck. Increadibly flexible, surprisingly deceiving, and just an absolute pain in the arse to play against, because you really never know what's in my hand.
I never finished building the sideboard, because Planar Chaos's Extirpate fairly well butchers this deck's defensive strategy. Other than that, I love the deck to death, and would love to get around to revising it now that Future Sight is out.

Normally I make and dismantle decks rather quickly, but over the last year I just can't find the spare time to do that quite so much. For now. So some of my decks have been around over a year now. Those are the decks I really like though, which I'll mark with *
Anyways, I currently have 10 playable decks in sleeves, and 2 that are not in sleeves. They are all Casual decks. I won't even attempt to post them all. I can give a general idea of what they do for a few though:
-Madness/Hellbent* -Land kill/Creature kill -'Death from Above' (Angelic beatdown)* -'Sacrolings' (Saprolings and sac'ing engines)* -Discard -Enchantment/Auras -Rainbow (5 colours with Dragon Arches) -a weird R/W one. I still haven't seen this one work right yet. -another 5 colour involving a lot of ways to play gleemax -'Woodstock' (elf deck) -'Mad Hatter's Teaparty' (U/W creature swapping fun with Spawnbroker) -'Smile at the Birdy!'
I very rarely name decks. It's just not something I do unless a very clever name pops in my head months after it's been made and tested.

I have 7 MTG decks put together right now though 4 of them are severely sub optimal builds due to lack of cards and 1 of the other 3 is tuned for casual multiplay.
The ones I'd be willing to play in a tournement are:
U/G/w Scryb'n Force with splash for Momentary Blink. Needs duals and birds of paradise pretty badly but is still decent.
Mono U Pickles: Runs some black mana sources but only for the flashback on mystical teachings.
Then:
B/W Reset Buttons: This is the multiplay deck. Based around board wiping effects and Volrath's Stronghold with Mortivore and Wishmonger for wincons. Dimir House Guard holds it all together.
R/G mana production and big dudes: Once, a very long time ago, this was a Gruul Precon. Only the lands and Boborygmos remain from the original build. These days it runs lots of green accel (wall of roots, gemhide sliver and such) a fair amount of global burn (pyrohemia, rough//tumble) and some board controlling creatures (Bogardan, Bloodfire Collossus, my 2 red Akromas and the afore mentioned cyclops). I'd like to tune it into a R/G control deck for T2, mainly multiplay. Sort of the T2 counterpart to the B/W deck I already have. It's unfortunate that there isn't a repeatable method of getting creatures back from the GY in T2 but it looks like I'll have to settle for plenty of evolution charms and/or recollects. I definitely want to add Scourge of Kher Ridges (the "Rough and Tumble Dragon") as well. I suspect it will be rather nasty in multiplay.
U/W weenie control: Basically sits there and tries to win with Azorius Heralds while doing a moderate amount of countering removing and life gaining. Currently auto loses to worship and Fortune Thief among other things but it's a casual deck so that doesn't bother me overly much.
Mono B rackesque discard: A multiplayer, non T2 version of the standard archetype. Specifically the called "Crank Boom" that focuses on Haakon and Mindslicer. I run Wheel of Torture instead of racks to hit everyone, black knights because I feel like it, and Casting of Bones because I don't have Confidants or Arenas. It works about as well as you'd expect given all the substitutions but it's still fun to play.
Mono Red Goblins: My first constructed deck that evolved out of my first draft deck (which was made with the first magic cards I owned). It picked up Warchiefs and Ringleaders along the way and works decently well. One of these days I intend to buy the cards to turn it into tourney level goblin/bidding deck and make it my extended tournement option (I also have this absurd desire to use bidding to win a 5+ player game with goblin agro).
