Calories? Carbs? Fat? ?????
What should I be watching?


I know everything has that nutritional thing on it,
but I don't really know how to use it properly.
Is it just one particular thing that I need to count
or should I be watching my intake of everything?
or am I totally wrong all together?

hmmm... defiantely watch calories and fat, carbs though....that is kind of debateable, i mean, fruit has many carbs, and some people eat tons of fruit and still lose!

You should be watching calories first, fat second, and sugar third. Carbs are okay if you are getting them from healthier foods (loading yourself on bread and meat all day isn't good).

You need to make sure you get MINIMUM 1200 a day to maintain health. Use those calories though for whole foods and not empty calories like chips and pop that just leave you hungrier.

Avoid drinking your calories. This has wasteful calories and a lot of sugar.

Fat wise, I've been told to keep it around or under 30 grams.
