I know that there are lots of people who like to RP but don't know how to start one or don't want to. I have already started an RP but no one has signed up, assuming it's because of the topic, I want to make this topic on what anime/manga or RP you want to have.

You have to think about what anime/mangas people would actually want to RP to. I don't think FY is a good manga to RP for.

Action/adventure series are the easiest to RP, but takes good moderating
