Where can I find one in Pokemon Emerald?

I am positive Metal Coat cannot be found in Emerald, unless it is a prize of some sort. Other than that, you might just have to find it in another game.

Or if you have the pkmn you want evolved in Diamond/Pearl/Platinum, i can engineer an action replay code for however many metal coats you need.
