This thread allows you to post exerpts from your golden sun fanfics! You should also include a link and say whether it is compleated or not. You should also mention if it mentions any Shippings so people won't get angry.

Found this quite a long time ago... never placed it on the web:
The rain poured. It poured down against his hard back as his elbows dug deep in the now muddy ground. His tears mixed with the rain that soaked his hair, his skin, his clothes... but he did not care. His life was taken away from him. It was all 'their' fault. If he had just... if he had more time. She would not have died. He would not be on the verge of death.
But no, they had to ruin what could have saved the world. In a desperate attempt he had tapped into his reserves along with his accomplice to become a beast of unimaginable power but they had stopped them. They fell through the lighthouse's core and as they he felt as if his skin had been set on fire. He watched the woman he once loved scream and burn in pain... oh how he never had the chance to tell her...
"Menardi, no..." Saturos mumbled, overlooking her body as the cold rain flew down like meteors from the sky. Even burned as she was, she was still beautiful to him... she was still...
"My Menardi," He mumbled sadly. The Mars Adept slowly cradled the dead woman in his arms and cried for the first time in many years. Soon, due to internal bleeding and very bad burns, he was joined once more with his love... perhaps with eternal happiness, perhaps not...
Love is a very surprising thing.
While it seems it was the whole story, trust me it isn't. Battle scene before which I thought was horrible, and a lot more detail to their deaths.

He shoved the rubble aside."Wh-What happened?" he asked his friends.
It was then he realized that they weren't there.
He looked around at the scene of devastation around him. And he remembered what had happened. He also realized that he was badly wounded and in serious need of healing. He looked and his heart fell as he saw mounds of dirt also in the wreckage of New Vale.
In the center of were the town once stood a monument lay. He staggered painfully over to it to read it. One it was a memento of what had happened. It said, “ This is the site of the tragic incident that took the lives of thirteen people in the storm that destroyed this place. These people were..." it proceeded to list the names of those lost in the storm and at the bottom it had one last note,"Unfortunately we were unable to recover the body of our friend and companion believed to have been killed by the storm his name is never to be forgotten his name is..." Garet's breath caught in his throat,"...Garet, Lighter of the Lighthouses, Hero of Vale, Friend,Son,Brother, and Husband. May his soul be guided on angel's wings." Garet gasped,"THIS CAN'T BE! I can't be... dead..."

It has drama and comady in it.
It also includes Conservato and the Mayer of Alhafra and Aaron and Eoleo as main characters!
It has Garet/Mia Isaac/Jenna Ivan/Sheba shippings.
It also has a surprise ending,two new Adepts,two new Lighthouses and THREE Elemental Stars! It also includes the two elements of Light-Sol-and Darkness-Luna!!

I made a fic once...12 chapters long...but i think I threw it away.....I can only vaguely remeber about it...I need to find it...but I have like 34 notebooks..*begins to search for fanfic*
