Not a good idea, and a bit godmodded. Under these circumstances, it would be acceptable for the persocon to have the ability to control others: If it were a Chobits(Being a Chobits is forbidden for fancharacters, due to the fact that ONLY 2 WERE MADE!!!!!!!!!), If it were a Government Persocon. (For Example: Dita can hack other Persocons). If it were built by Government Persocons.

Also, you are only allowed to be up to just under the powers of a Chobits, which means that the Chobits are the only ones capable of flat out controlling all other persocons.

Also, my fancharacter, Beta, is the son of Zima and Dita. And, he is incapable of hacking certain persocons. There are early prototype models that he can't hack. He can't hack a Chobit, he can't hack those with a secret Government firewall program. Of course, Beta can work around the firewall, but it would take too long, in spite of his rapid calculation abilities. Plus, they must have a bit of more unique abilities. For example: Chi(i), when taken over by Freya, has the ability of a Concussion blast (an attack that knocks humans unconscious). Another unique (for persocons) ability to Chi(i) only is the ability to fly without any external form of propulsion (In other words, she has no jet pack, no wings, no thrusters of any kind. It is similar to Superman's ability of flight). Beta has the ability of anti-magic. Some Persocons should have abilities unique to them only. For example: One may be able to see through walls, or to crash without losing any data, or to be able to teleport, or to be able to be unharmed by lava(very original ability that very few persocons will have). There are also limits to the speed at which a persocon can move. I'd say, at most, just below the speed of sound, and for minimum, about the speed of an average human. Most persocons will have it standard to travel almost as fast as a car. I suggest maybe the ability to withstand military weapon attacks as a start. Remember: The limit is below the atomic bomb. If it can survive an atomic bomb, it is godmodded, unless it has the ability of Under-an-hour invincibility on a full battery charge (which is one of Beta's abilities). However, a consequence of this is that the persocon may crash and even die forever if this ability is used. So, limits are needed to restrict the power of a persocon. For example: Beta may be able to process equally as fast as Chi(i), and the ability to control other persocons, but he is incapable of controlling every single one, especially at once, and due to specific firewalls and other various forms of protection. So, no persocons are allowed to exceed the greatness of Chi(i) and have to remain just under her abilities. Beta is just below her abilities. He is almost godmodded, but he still has weaknesses that may destroy him, and hurt him severely. For example: His Anti-Magic program interferes with one of his other programs sometimes as an in-correctable error. For starters, just make your persocon bullet-proof and able to catch fast-moving objects. Also, include maybe the ability of seeing things that are very far away. These are some basics that not all persocons will have.
