Who is your absolute favorite character in the series, and why?
Baaaah--this is an incredibly tough question! Right now, though, I'd have to say that I very much admire Littlefinger/Petyr; sure, he's an absolute a*****e, but he's just so damn clever, charming, and...well...sneaky that I can't help but like him.
My other faves are probably high on everyone elses' lists as well: Jon Snow, Arya Stark, Daenerys Targaryen, Tyrion Lannister, etc... Hell, even Sansa has been growing on me!

Sansa annoyed me in the beginning, but now she is ok. She is a little out of touch with reality still though =/
My favorite would have to be Arya or the Hound. They are just such awesome characters XDD
Littlefinger is cool though =3 HE is so coniving and cold XD It's awesome!

My all time fav is Sandor (The Hound =^_^= ). Otherwise, I like Jaime, Ayra, Jaquer, Sansa's starting to grow on me...
I used to love Jon, but, ever since about half way through Storm of Swords, I stopped liking him. Maybe I was put off by how easily that one chick was able to seduce him, despite his age sweatdrop (Sorry, I'm someone who doesn't like the abundance of sex in these novels)

The character I like the most would probably be Tyrion, the way he seems to constantly question the intelligence of the people he has to deal with is amusing. Daenerys, Jon, Petyr, Jaime, and Bran are well liked as well. Also I am starting to like the characters of Victarion and the Crow's Eye they may become very interesting heros/villians respectively.

well....while there are a great many awesome characters in Westeros and beyond. i have to say that the character who is my fav is Garlan Tyrell. not only is he a badass warrior but he is smart and kind. a good brother and loyal son. he told Sansa at her wedding that she could do a lot worse then Tryion. the guy may not be a main character but he kicks a**. takes names. and is a nice guy at the same time.
