Inkworks has announced the July release of the Buffy 10th Anniversary trading card set. This set will be packed with special cards including 14 different Pieceworks cards, 4 Dual Costume cards, 4 Pieceworks Puzzle cards, a Welcome to Sunnydale map, a 9-card Forever puzzle set, a 9-card Recollections set, and a special "Legendary" case topper card. In addition, a special Slayer's Essential Propworks card will be inserted. This card will include a piece of the stake!

Comic stores and hobby shops in the US are going to be your best bet...I don't think Barnes & Noble carries cards like this do they?

You might also try Toys R Us, maybe

The Borders near my apartment has trading cards behind the counter. Actually they justy built a Books a Million and they too have trading cards while the Barnes and Noble does not. the Borders also has computers availiable to the public for looking up inventory and special ordering, Barnes does not.
