A light blue male with red and white splats landed in the tall grass. His mother and father had met here, and he was hoping it would bring him good luck, or something like that. Kamin shook himself all over and then began to drink the cool water from the bubbling river that weaved its way inbetween the tall grass patches.

Sasha was in the lone tree in the middle of the grassy medow, it was a nice perch, and it was quite here, unlike her owner's nest. She sat on the branch and sang softly to herself.

Kamin continued to drink the water but he could just hear the faint sound of a phoenii singing. He lifted his head slowly and scouted the area, looking for the cause of the noise. After several minutes of seraching, he gave up and returned to drinking the water. Most phoenii woudl be boiling hot by now, but he was fresh and cool. His light coloured feathers reflected the heat and light and kept him cool all through the hot days.

Sasha had always been a great singer, everyone in the nest told her so, but she didn't buy it. However she had been listening to Sakoshi's many opera and musical Cds and had memorized most of the words. *begins to sing Habanera from Carmen, it is also a bit loader than the last song]*
She closes her eyes as she is singing, and sways a bit to the sides.

As the singing got louder Kamin stopped dead still and his body seemed to freeze up. He closed his eyes and followed the sound until he reached a tree and looked up at the branches. There he saw a female phoenii singing and swaying as she sung. He rasied one eye brow and tilted his head to the side before straightening up and smiling slightly. "Erm, excuse me. Why are you singing in the tree?" He called out to her.

Sasha was so startled by the other phoenii she almost fell out of the tree. *blushing due to the fact she had been snuck up on, and that someone had heard her singing* um, no reason *she stammered* just a second, say right there. I just want to finish. *starts singing again with her eyes closed*

Kamin rolled his eyes at the singing phoenii and returned to drinking from the river. He liked her singing voice becasue it reminded him of Sashica's when she sung in the nest for them. "You have a very pretty voice!" He piped up and ate a few berries that he found on a bush close by.

*blushes* Why thank you, Sasha says as she flies down from her perch. "I have been practicing. and how about you, were you spying on me this whole time? she says with a chuckle. Now I may have to practice more because I have an admirer she says sarcastically. Oh, where are my manners? I am Sasha, it is nice to meet you *puzzeled look* umm?

Kamin pursed his beak togther and blushed. "I haven't been spying on you! I just came here for a drink of water. Well my name is Kamin and im not an admirer!" He blurted out and felt his cheeks going even redder. "I was simply commenting on how good your singing skills are."

Oh *she says as if puzzeled and sort of sad, but then perks back up say* "Then it is nice to meet you Kamin, and I was out her because this place is lovely today!" she says as she looks out and veiws the entire grassly medow, then starts to stare at kamin, "But I thank you for the complement," *blushes even more* "But the medow isn'y nearly as nice if you are all alone"*looks at the ground as she says this softly* "W-would you like to join me?"*starts to stare into his emerald sparkeling eyes*

Kamin looked slightly shocked at her proposal but he nodded and flew up to the tree branch. "The meadow is very nice at mid-day, its when the sun is at its fullest. See, the meadow seems to be glowing in golden sunlight." He explained and avoided Sasha's gaze. He didn't like meeting the gaze of other phoenii and was quite shy.

*flies up after Kamin, takes a mental note about the fact that he broke the starring* "It is very beautiful, and it is nice and quiet her." *she was glad to get away from the nest and go out and meet other phoenii* "So, what nest/ owner do you come from?"

Kamin was a little reluctant to answer straight away as he wasn't sure whether to go eat some more berries or stay and chat. "I'm the Snowflake Obisdian Nest. That's Ichigo's nest." He explained and breathed in deeply. "I like to get out once in a while and just explore the Eyri. My nest is full of chicks and eggs so Its good to escape from it all." Kamin let out a long sigh and managed to glance quickly at Sasha before peaking again. "What nest do you come from?"
