I've only made half a community lot. I don't really like playing on them because whenever I enter one my computer decides that being a sloth is a fun profession. :/

I've made a few, but they weren't crazy. I haven't made a downtown lot yet however. I only made some local community ones.

I like to make park community lots. P: So mine are normally pretty basic. I like to add a lot of trees and a lake in all the parks I make though.

I once made a park in the smallest lot possible, but heres the twist: half the park was a normail park, the other half was like a leaning tower of piza or something complete with 2 hot tubs, a lounge (all in zebra print) clothing to buy and vidio games. Then i made a kajillion tree houses (yes, the houses on teh trees) with all sorts of stuff for the kids to do in them. the only thing i didnt like about it was that i was at my friends house when i made it, so it was on HER game and not on mine that the smallest-park-with-the-most-things-to-do was made. i have tried maney times to build another one but i allwas end up failing miserably.

that sounds like me and my tiny little lots that have everything you'd need on them. I made one on campus that was enough to suffeciently live on without hacks or cheats... Coffee Barista for energy rejuvination, A Resturant and Grill for food (though I guess a cafeteria would have been better) a gym with pool/hot tub and showers. Plus there was every object you needed to boost any skill you needed to. I should upload that lot... come to think of it! xd
oh, and did i mention, i actually had a sim student LIVE on that lot for 3 semesters without going home once!

I've always wanted to make a college sim live off community lots, but I never built one all-in-one community lot so there was a lot of lot-bouncing and it just took too long to load and go on my little laptop. o:

I've made:
-An art museum. -A traditional British-style pub. -A public library. -An opera. -Three restaurants- a 50's-style diner, a ridiculously fancy one and a cute cafe one.
I'm also currently working on an arcade, a gym and a public bath/hot springs.

oh i made a really cool mall one time... lets see, it had:
- Indoor Pool - Locker Rooms - Gym - Spa - Live Band Resturant - Food Court - Small Conveince Store with groceries - Clothing Boutique - Arcade - Bookstore/Library w/ computers and chess - Coffee Shop - Bar w/ Billiards and darts - Movie Theatre
plus outside there was a small park with a swing set and grill area.
The only EP out at the time was Uni, so I should really go back and make my mall with all that NL and O4B has to offer! I think I'll go do that now! Cause I haven't played sims in about a month! eek
