I suggested a suggestion forum! whee
So anyways, my other suggestion was to make it clearer where the banners are located, because it took me a while to find them =0
You probably already saw my suggestion in the introduction thread, but I'll just post it here for fun xd

I think the banners should be in the Introduction Announcement thread. IF people read the whole first page, they'll see the rules, the owner's intro and the banners.
I think it should stay there but the title needs to change with something that will let people know that thread has rules, banners, intro, etc.
